Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026. This is template text — final terms must be reviewed by a UK solicitor familiar with prize competitions and the Gambling Act 2005 before going live.
1. Operator
These competitions are operated by InkGiveaways Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Contact details are on the contact page.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Our employees, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with administering a competition are excluded.
3. Entry routes
Each competition has two equal-odds entry routes: a paid route (purchase one or more tickets) and a free postal entry route (see Free Postal Entry). All entries must include a correct answer to the published skill question.
4. Skill question
Each competition includes a question of sufficient difficulty to comply with section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005. Entries with incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw.
5. Closing date & draw
Each competition has a stated closing date and time. After this point, no further entries are accepted. Where instant-win prizes are offered, they are won at the point of purchase. The main draw takes place after the closing date — winners are selected at random from valid entries using a verifiable method, and the draw is recorded.
6. Prizes
Prizes are as described on each competition page. We may, at our discretion, offer an equivalent cash alternative (typically the site-credit value shown) if a prize becomes unavailable. Cash alternatives are at our sole discretion unless explicitly stated.
7. Winners
Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of attempted contact, we reserve the right to redraw and choose an alternate winner.
8. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once a competition has commenced, except where required by law. We may at our discretion refund a competition that is cancelled before the draw.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the entry. We are not responsible for late, lost, or undelivered entries.
10. Promotional use
Winners agree that their first name, county, and a photograph (where supplied) may be used by us for promotional purposes, unless they object in writing.
11. Responsible play
We encourage all players to participate responsibly. If gambling is having a negative effect on your life, please visit BeGambleAware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
